The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to you or your proxy in relation to your registration for this Veridon Global offer. The definition of “registration” for purposes of these Terms will include all anyone who completes the registration form. By entering your contact details, you agree to the terms below.
All registrations are subject to final approval and prices are quoted in USD/Euros/GBP/INR.
Completing this registration form means you agree to this condition of registration. As soon as we have processed your registration, we will email you confirmation.

Payment terms
(a) All payments are to be made payable to “Veridon Global Pvt. Ltd.” in mentioned currency as shown on invoice. Please provide us with a copy of the remittance advice promptly after the funds have been transferred as proof of payment.
(b) All sums payable to Veridon Global Pvt. Ltd shall be paid free and clear of and without any reduction due to or on account of any bank fees and/or administrative charges, which bank fees and/or administrative charges, if any, shall be borne by the Sponsor/Delegate.
(c) A payment of xxxx currency is due within 15 days, upon completion and submission of this registration form. By submitting the registration form, you agree to allow Veridon Global to issue an invoice or charge your credit card for the amounts specified, and you commit to paying Veridon Global to secure your registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received via credit card or cleared funds. If payment is not received, admission to the conference will be denied. All payments will be accompanied by a receipt, and delegates are responsible for any applicable taxes and service fees.
Sponsorship terms
(a) Change in Sponsorship Entitlements: Veridon Global Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to adjust/substitute the above benefits for any other benefit/s of an equivalent value with the approval of the Sponsor.
(b) Sponsor’s Intellectual Property Right(s): The Sponsor hereby grants Veridon Global a non-exclusive licence to use the Sponsor’s intellectual property right(s) and other proprietary information provided to Veridon Global only in connection with the Event to provide the benefits set out in this Sponsorship Contract and for such other purpose as agreed by the Sponsor. The Sponsor warrants that any material supplied by the Sponsor to Veridon Global Pvt. Ltd for use in pursuant to the Sponsorship Contract do not infringe or are not likely to infringe any patent, trademarks, copyright, moral rights or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party and the Sponsor has obtained all necessary approvals, consents, permits, licenses, waivers and releases (if any) required. The Sponsor shall fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Veridon Global and its affiliates, directors, shareholders, agents and employees from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, losses, liabilities, charges, fines, penalties, actions, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) that they or any of them may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with any infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights by the Sponsor or any of its employees, agents, representatives, sub-contractors or licensees.
Changes to the Event
(a) Veridon Global reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location or alter the advertised speakers for an event. Occasionally it is necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the program, venue or the identity of the speakers without any liability to the participants. Changes to the agenda will be updated on our website as soon as possible.
(b) In the event that the Event is postponed, the Sponsor shall not be entitled to an immediate and/or early termination of the Contract, provided that the Sponsor is promptly notified of the postponement.
