Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Attendees
    • Up to 30 Days Before the Event: Attendees are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).
    • 15-29 Days Before the Event: Attendees are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • 14 Days or Less Before the Event: No refunds will be issued. However, substitutions or credit for future events may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion.
  2. Cancellation by the Organizers
    • In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees. The organizer is not responsible for covering travel or accommodation expenses.
  3. Force Majeure
    • If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds will be issued at the organizer’s discretion. Alternatively, registration may be transferred to a rescheduled event or credited for future events.
  4. Process for Refunds
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Refunds Email Address].
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the request.
  5. Non-Refundable Items
    • Administrative fees, processing charges, and any special services (e.g., sponsorship packages) are non-refundable.
  6. Substitutions
    • Substitutions for registered attendees are allowed up to 7 days before the event with prior notification to the organizer.
