How do I Register for an Event?

 The best way to register for an event is to book through our website or reach out to us on info@veridonglobal.com

What does the Conference Fee include?

Access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, poster presentations, networking breaks, exhibition areas and meals provided as per the conference agenda

Can I Attend the Conference only for a Day?

Yes, but we insist to attend the complete sessions to gain maximum benefits

Can I split the days with a Colleague?

Kindly discuss this with our team while registering yourself

Are there any Discounts?

How much will a delegate place cost?

How will I receive the confirmation of my Booking?

 An automated confirmation will be sent for all online bookings from the website. If you do not receive this, please contact info@veridonglobal.com. Other bookings are confirmed by email within 48hrs of the booking being received

Are Poster Presentations available?

We provide a Poster presentation area with Display Boards on chargeable basis

Is there a refund policy for registration fees?

Full refund if cancelled before 45 days from the date of the event, 50% of registered fees refunded if cancelled before 30 days from the date of the event, no refund if cancelled <30 days remaining for the event

How long will be my Speaking slot?

Usually, we allow 25-30 mins including 5 mins for Q&A’s. It would be communicated to you by the conference producer post your onboarding process

When do you need my presentation by?

No later than 7 days prior to the event (This is only for the speakers/presenters)

What if I no longer present at the event?

 Please let your conference producer know as soon as possible or email us at info@veridonglobal.com

What do I need to do as a chairperson?

The role of the chairperson is to introduce the speakers, chair the Q&A session at the end of each presentation, keep speakers adhere to the time and make any other necessary announcements. You will be supported by a member of Veridon Global team at all times.

Will there be virtual attendance options?

No virtual options are available as it will be completely an in-person event.

How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor?

What happens if the event is cancelled from the organizer?

  If the event is cancelled, you will get two options either a refund or a credit note which can be used for any event executed within one year.

What language are your events delivered in?

  All our conferences and materials are in English

What forms of payment are accepted for registration?

We accept Credit cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, UPI’s and Digital Wallets

Is the booking transferable?

Yes, it can be transferred to your colleague within your organization.

Do we get speaker presentations post the event?

Yes, presentations will be shared via a downloadable link once it is approved by the speakers within 7 days post the event
